SWISS MEDICA INTENDS TO DELIST FROM BERLIN-BREMEN STOCK EXCHANGE

Toronto, Canada – Swiss Medica, Inc. (OTC BB: SWME) a company involved in the commercialization of

proprietary bioscience products aimed at relieving chronic ailments, announced today that it intends to de-list

the Company from the Berlin-Bremen stock exchange.

In light of the Company's focused commitment to North American mass market distribution channels, and the

growing success resulting from this commitment, the Berlin-Bremen stock exchange fails to suit Swiss Medica’s

purposes at this time. The Company may later re-consider a listing on a senior European exchange, when our

product marketing targets the European Community.
