    SWISS MEDICA CONFIRMS RECORD NET REVENUES IN EXCESS OF US$2 MILLION IN FOURTH QUARTER

    SWISS MEDICA CONFIRMS RECORD NET REVENUES IN EXCESS OF
    US$2 MILLION IN FOURTH QUARTER

    Toronto, Canada - Swiss Medica, Inc. (OTC BB: SWME) is pleased to announce that net revenues for the fourth
    quarter ending December 31, 2005 will be in excess of US$2 million. This revenue level is in line with the
    updated guidance that was given in the press release dated October 19, 2005. Fiscal 2005 revenues will be in
    excess of US$6.3 million.

    Swiss Medica will announce final fourth quarter net revenues and other fourth quarter operating highlights by
    January 13th, 2006. Full fourth quarter and fiscal 2005 audited financial statements will be included in the
    Company's 10-K, which will be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by March 31, 2006.
