Dr. Allan N. Fields, DO

    Dr. Allan N. Fields has been a practicing surgeon specializing in general and pelvic surgery since 1973. He is
    currently the attending physician and surgeon at Sinai Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, resident
    physician of 21st Century Radiation Centers, and attending physician for United Cerebral Palsy (Broward and
    Palm Beach counties). Previously, he served as Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Nova Southeastern
    University, Professor of Surgery at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, and Chairman of the
    Department of Surgery and Chief of General Surgery for Humana Hospital (South Broward). He was recently
    honored by the American Association of Professional Ringside Physicians as “Physician of the Year 2004” and
    was presented with the key to the city of Miami Beach, Florida and honored with “Dr. Allan Fields Day” by
    Hollywood (Florida), where he resides. For more than two decades, Dr. Fields was Chairman of the Speaker’s
    Bureau of Public Education for the American Cancer Society (Dade County). Dr. Fields also was the recipient of
    the National American Cancer Society physician award.

    Dr. Fields is also active in sports medicine, serving as team physicians to the USA Olympic Team (Florida 1996),
    former Chairman of the Medical Advisory Board for the Florida State Athletic Association and Chief Physician for
    the Florida Kickboxing and Karate Association, Ringside Physician for the Florida Boxing Commission and Vice
    President of the American Association of Professional Ringside Physicians. He is a member of the USA Boxing
    Olympic Committee, Chief Physician for Florida Gold Coast Boxing Association, American College of Osteopathic
    Surgeons, and American and Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
